Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026 · Lumikit

These terms govern your use of Lumikit's browser extensions and related services ("the Services"). By purchasing or using the Services you agree to them.

1. The Services

Lumikit provides browser extensions sold as monthly subscriptions or one-time purchases. Each licence is for use by the number of seats stated in the plan you buy.

2. Payments and merchant of record

All orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, billing, invoicing and the collection and remittance of any applicable sales tax or VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

3. Licences

On purchase you receive a licence key by email. You may activate it on up to the number of devices included in your plan. You must not resell, share publicly, or sublicense your key.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. One-time purchases do not renew.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Services lawfully. Ads Auditor and A11y Reporter analyse data you already have access to. Evidence Vault records web pages you choose to capture; you are responsible for having the right to capture them and for how you use the output.

6. Warranty and liability

The Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumikit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Automated analysis (including accessibility scans) is not a substitute for professional judgement or manual review.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
