If a Lumikit product does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no complicated conditions. This applies to first-time subscription purchases and to one-time purchases.
You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future charges; access continues to the end of the paid period. Beyond the 14-day guarantee, renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but contact us if something went wrong — we handle these case by case.
